Has my order shipped?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email from FortyFour7Hockey providing tracking information for either UPS or FedEx. You can then use the shipping carrier website to track the shipment and see expected arrival date.
When will my order ship?
Our intention is to ship any order received by 2:00 pm (EST) the same day. Certain items may take longer, but the vast majority of orders ship within 24-48 hours. While we always try to have product in stock, however, sometimes due to high demand, we sell out and in other cases, manufacturers are either out of stock or have shipping delays. We will always provide you with the most accurate and up to date information regarding product availability. Packages ship directly from either our distributor in California or from our distributor in Montreal Canada.
When will my backorder ship?
If we do not have the item you want in stock or you would like us to custom order an item for you, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date when we confirm your order.
How do I make changes to my order?
Once we receive your order (and it has been verified), it is transmitted to our distributor for immediate shipping. If you need to change your order, contact customer service at 614-500-3175 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also try and reach us on Live Chat.
Which products are excluded from Free Shipping?
Shipping oversized or heavy items such as goalie leg pads, wheeled hockey bags, and sticks cost extra. Oversized items DO NOT qualify for our Free Shipping promotion.
